In our 3 hour workshop, we make mindfulness more accessible through baking. We share with you techniques to help you improve your well-being, manage stress and learn how to bring the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life, with easy to replicate, bite-sized exercises. We do this through baking.
You will learn:
Mindfulness techniques you can practice daily
How to make healthy ‘no bake’ snacks to kerb your junk food cravings
The practice of using mindfulness techniques to connect with yourself and others
How the act of doing brings focus and attention to the present moment through baking
What you take home:
Your delicious ‘no bake’ treats
Mindful Awareness techniques and recipe cards
Tam, the therapist and Belinda the passionate baker come together to inspire you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and feel open to connect with others.
We hope to see you using the art of baking as a source of calm and once a week, bake a cake to share with friends, family or your community.
