Take Shape Adventures is proud to launch a new opportunity for you. Our Half-day Fitness Hikes, every Saturday and Sunday are a great way to catch up with fellow hiking and fitness buddies, plan and train for your next big adventure and have our qualified guides and personal trainers assist you to reach your goals.
Half-day fitness hikes are:
- Suitable for Grade 3, 4 and 5
- Fitness Snacks provided
- Fully supported by professional staff.
And most of all they are FUN and SOCIAL!
- Experienced & qualified guides
- Scenery & wildlife
- First Aid
- Our wonderful TSA enthusiasm!
Does not include:
- Transport to and from location start point, carpooling can be arranged
- Items of a personal nature
- Travel Insurance
What to bring:
- 2 -3 lt water (we have a great water bladder available on our shop site)
- A small backpack
- Medication, camera, etc...
- Sturdy walking boots, trail shoes or runners depending on the trail type and length.
