The ancient art of Chinese calligraphy is a revered practice for cultivating the life force of energy, well-being and happiness.

Tao Calligraphy means Oneness in writing to encourage harmony and balance in mind and body. Classes include a short meditation for calming the mind to facilitate learning, with relaxing music for seeking joy and inner peace.

Students of this art will learn to write the characters Greatest Love, Greatest Gratitude and Heart of Chinese Tao, to achieve yin-yang balance.

Through the practice of Tao Calligraphy, participants work towards an alignment of soul, mind and body, as well as experiencing improved levels of stamina, vitality and immunity against emotional challenges. The practice of Tao Calligraphy encourages increased creativity, and improved health.
