Rebel Stepz & Skye Wiles presents The Wellness Wagon .
A unique program that helps you achieve improved physical and mental wellbeing from the inside out. This 6 part, introductional series is an all-inclusive, community focused, supportive, and creative opportunity for all.
Focusing on your individual needs, The Wellness Wagon workshops are a way to explore, discover and achieve healthier lifestyles using easy to follow nutritional and artistic techniques. Each 3 hour workshop will be split into the following sections:
Each week, we'll be breaking down the foundations of nutrition and looking at how small and easy, evidence-based changes to your diet can make significant improvements to your overall health.
We will be guiding you through various topics such as the importance of drinking water, how to implement healthy fats into your meals, & improving your protein intake. To make things super fun, everyone will be getting hands on experience, making smoothies, snacks and meals to help nurture your understanding of food. Lets get cooking!
2: WELLBEING & MINDFULNESS:
Following each nutritional section, we will be taking everyone through fun arts-based activities that are designed to improve your mental & physical health. Our creative part of this program will have everyone discovering how moving, drawing, painting or writing can help to calm the mind and body.
This part of our program will give our guests the tools to stay active yet relax and manage stress. Using simple activities that allow you to explore your creativity and self-expression in order to release tension, we can guarantee you'll be laughing and discovering some very exciting new skills.
At the end of each workshop, guests will be encouraged to identify and commit to a small, achievable personal goal that will see them through until the next time we meet. There will be a group chat available to everyone who would like any form of info or support during each session.
We will also provide packs containing basic information to help you get through your weeks in between workshops and... a FREE GIFT OR TWO
There will chances to celebrate achievements, swap tips, discuss any road blocks, all while we hang out on some couches tucking into the yummy snacks we'll be making and drinking delicious cups of tea, mocktails and smoothies.

The Wellness Wagon is about you, embarking on your own unique journey to a healthy & well-balanced lifestyle whilst being supported by like-minded people.
We want to know what “healthy and well” looks, feels and sounds like to you – and we want to support you in the journey to get to that place. We know not everyone fits into one box, which is why we will be working alongside you to help develop better habits in order to improve your mind, body, & health.
It's not about being perfect. It's not about buying into fads. It's about embracing imperfection and making small changes that will help you be the best you.
